She is the destroyer of all the basest instincts that afflict us. Kali has many sisters in other parts of the world, fierce primordial embodiments of the darkness and fierceness of the winter months. Her name has even inspired the name of the fabled U.S State: California. Join our exploration and discussion of this fascinating Goddess.
