Annual Bhagavad Gita One-Day Retreat

Program: Group chanting of Bhagavad Gita Verses, Talks focusing on one chapter of the Gita in each Retreat, Silent Meditation, Group Discussion, Q & A. Led by Pravrajika Gayatriprana.

Weekly Yoga Class

Thursdays: 10 to 11.15 am
Note: No classes during School Holidays

Conducted by Hiroko Yanamoto-Symonds, the class is open to all; men and women, young and old, the flexible and inflexible. Students are free to start, stop, and recommence their attendance at the class as needed.
Since 1991 Hiroko has been studying and practicing Yoga. Having completed Yoga Teacher training courses in Sydney and later in India, she has been teaching Yoga since 2000.

Class Fees:
5 class pass – $80 ($16 per class)
10 Class pass – $150 ($15 per class).Causal Class – $20 (Special price for Vedanta Society and Vedanta Centre Members – $15)

Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. Wear loose-fitting clothing. Bring a yoga mat or towel. (Class is held on carpeted floor). If desired bring a blanket too for a relaxation session.
