Learn more in the regular discussions: \n\nTHE REAL ‘I’: We are the awareness in which thoughts and body-consciousness rise and fall. We give our thoughts too much importance – superimposing them on objects like the body\, hampering connection with our real ‘I’.\nKNOWING THE KNOWER: We need to ‘clean the lens of our mind’ before reaching the source of knowledge.\nTHE FOUR DISCIPLINES: Many become disheartened finding meditation so difficult. Gradually\, they fall away from their practice. The quality of our meditation is enhanced by how we live and think when we’re not sitting for meditation.
